1866 last i checked mayne…some of them got like 3 different versions…and yeah, i need another external drive… when i was still in high school i lost all my beats at one point (i think it was like 300 then) but i didn’t sweat it… if i were to lose all these though…shit would suck so bad…

Bjork - Desired Constellation (Blind Prophet’s Beat Edit)

Managing to hash out a pseudo-funky rhythm from a Bjork tune is no easy task, especially when the song you are attempting to remix is like that of the freak-folkish quasi-psych ballad “Desired Constellation.” Yet, somehow Blind Prophet is able to pull it off. Seamlessly. And while I do apply the term ‘funky,’ I do so quite liberally. Make no mistake the remix still holds the remnants of the almost isolated feeling of the manipulated arrangement, while strangely enough, keeping a tempo that manages to facilitate a slight nod of the head.
